About 85% of the jobs I have been applying for are through recruiters. Since I have yet to find a job that I match 100% I seem to get dumped alot. I have even had some recruiters pretty much hang up if I answer a question the wrong way.
How do I get past the black and white of it all and let my grey areas shine so I can get through to a person to person interview?

Cover letter and resume. I got called back on two good paying jobs, interviewing next week, wish me luck.

BTW, I bought a book on resumes and cover letters. Good Luck!

Recruiters aren't interested in intangibles or grey areas. Their job is to cut the number of candidates down to a manageable level. It's the employers themselves who consider the intangibles.

i think of high quality track is track that's no longer continuously conversing approximately intercourse, drugs, alcohol or the variety you "pull as much as the scene with your ceiling lacking" (that's basically ratchet.) i admire track with which skill and that tells existence/clever memories, no longer ones approximately strip golf equipment :/ high quality track is track that doesn't get old to without postpone, and while it does get out dated it nevertheless has which skill. high quality track could have a marvelous beat too :p as long because it fairly is not like a twerk beat reason then it fairly is like wtf… BQ: when I omit somebody, reckoning on who it rather is, I pay attention to those: I omit You - Blink182 for the reason which you have been long previous - Kelly Clarkson Fall to products - Avril Lavigne products - Sum 40-one BQ2: Vic Fuentes Beau Bokan Justin Bieber • • • Jenna McDougall Taylor Jardine
