Written or VOCO, are those the definitions you are looking for? Written orders or Verbal Order Commanding Officer? Last I checked, an order is called 'an order'.

an order, just like any other.
now there is something called CO's standing orders, which are orders also, but dept heads and divo's can have standing orders also.
standing orders are pretty much written instructions from the CO or who ever that are specific to a routine. usually in a written form.
