I know this may seem weird, but I got a lot of free infant formula that I don't need for my baby. Then I began to wonder if maybe formula could work in place of powdered milk in recipes. I've tasted a little plain formula and it doesn't seem very appetizing for adults, but why waste good formula?

Is there someone you know that you can donate the formula to? Check at a church or somewhere like that. I don't think it would be too tasty to make a recipe with it. It' doesn't taste too good.

Give it to someone who needs it or if you raise hogs or have cats you can give it to them, especially if it's out of date. the animals will usually only drink it if it's a milk based formula.

Don't waste it. I'm sure there are plenty of homeless family shelters and other needy people...check with your church.
