well that diffently means he likes u back because i had the same exact problem with my ex when me and him were going out he would act all hiper and stuff around my friends and his friends but he was so shy around me and all he would do is smile at me in the hall way. all i can tell u to do is talk to him on the phone alot and dont let him be shy around u.

Maybe he does notice you and is interested. It sounds like he is just shy. Just be yourself. Maybe you should try talking to him and see what happens from there. If it is ment to be, it will happen. Don't stress. Good luck!
