Ive heard that putting ur nose ring in a certain side means something but what?

Most of the noserings I've seen were on the right. I think in the Indian culture the side of the nose your ring is on signifies if you're married...or soemthing like that.

It doesn't matter. It's whatever side you want it on. I wanted my lip piercing to be on the right, so my nose ring to be on the left. To keep the sides of my face even.
Most I see lately are on the left. But there's a few that have them on the right.
I think you're talking about what we all used to say in like, 3rd grade. (If you're a boy, and you have your ear pierced on the right, you're gay. But if it's on the left, you like girls.) Lol. That was in the 3rd grade and no body pays any attention to that anymore.

in certain cultures getting your nose pierced on the right side means you're married. but in the americanized civilization it doesnt matter what side, just matters how pretty the ring it.

Okay, I personally have a nose ring, in fact my nose has been pierced twice...both times on the left side. DO not pierce it on the right side, not only does it look stupid but, if you believe in it, piercing on the right side is a bad omen. Also, In Indian cultures they believe that piercing on the left sides is good luck and reduces the pain of child-birth and things like that.

It means that you picked that side over the other!
Trust me, it doesn't mean anything but what you want it to mean. In this day and age people of all sorts get piercings everywhere and its all just personal choice.
I have both of my nostrils done and I'm pretty sure I'm the same person with or without them.

I have my nose done on the left side, it doesn't mean anything about your sexual preferences, but in the Indian culture women have their left sides done because it is supposed to lesson birth pain and raise fertility levels.

It dont matter. Which ever side makes you happy it looks nice on either side

Some people say if you're gay or not. For example (not sure if this is right or not) If you wear an earring on the left side, you're gay. I'm pretty sure thats what that means. For girls I am pretty sure its the right side.
