i have this scratch on my throat.. don't ask...stuff happens
and i need to get rid of it in like 2 days. any ointment that i could use to get rid of it..?

neosporin... any triple antibiotic cream... apply several times daily
and tell your g/f to cut her nails :)

Try the pharmacies and ask the people who work there if there is anything for scratches or rashes.

quickest way is to let the air get to it, nothing you can do, sounds like someones living life in the fast lane, good luck (womens make up might tone it down if it doesnt go) - foundation
