If you've moved on and she still tries to come on to you just remind her she has a boyfriend and that she's missed the boat.
If you haven't moved on and would like a relationship with her then tell her to finish with her boyfriend before even thinking of going with her.
Personally though, I'd tell her to stop playing games and to grow up

it's like this... girls are weird. she's probably just acting this way because she wants to feelwanted by more than one man. either that or she doesnt know what she really wants. it's possible that she wanted you, but somehow she chose another. now she still wants you but would rather have you both. word of advice, if it's a relationship u want how can you be sure she wouldn't do it again? if it's just fun, go for it.

It's difficult to ignore someone who is always in your face but if she has a boyfriend and flirting,you're better off staying clear,as flattered as you may be..Should you become her boyfriend,she'll be flirting with others..Find someone who isn't quite so immature..

She is a prick teaser who you should be wary of. If it was offered on a plate, you would be silly to turn it down. As long as you feel you would be able to punch her boyfriends lights out, go ahead and poke her. Otherwise find a girl who is unattached.

the immature games she is playing now, on her present boyfriend will be the same games she plays behind your back if u were her one and only. only date her if she is free, and is willing to date u exclusively, don't settle for any less from any relationship, have some self respect for yourself.
