I was reading a passage from your book; you know-the Qur'an---and interestingly came upon this passage of wording:

"We granted not to any human being immortality before you, then if you die, would they live forever? Every soul shall have a taste of death; and We test you by evil and by good by way of trial. To Us you will be returned." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 21, Verses 34-35

Wow, I thought to myself! THAT is intense. So, my question for all of you who know this passage; and ONLY for those of you who have vividly, and UNMISTAKENLY experienced this taking and returning unto the Muslim people.....could you PLEASE tell me your story?

I AM BEING AS SERIOUS AS CHILDBIRTH HERE>>>SERIOUS LIKE SIN.....PLEASE!~ TELL ME YOUR EXPERIENCE>????
Please, do tell!!!!
^7^

The soul does not die, but when it separates from the body at the death of the body, the soul gets a taste of death. In our life of probation on this earth, our virtue and faith are tested by many things: Some are tested by calamities, and some by the good things of this life. If we prove our true mettle, we pass our probation with success. In any case all must return to Allah, and then will our life be appraised at its true value.

"returnin unto muslim ppl"????? wht's tht suppose 2 mean?
or do u mean how Allah has tried us by gud n evil?

A Muslim may be tested by all sorts of difficulties like sickness, lack of income, and disobedience from his children. In fact, the many afflictions that may beset a person are incalculable. This is the point that the Prophet (peace be upon him) was stressing when he mentioned: “fatigue, illness, anxiety, sorrow, harm or sadness …even to the extent of a thorn pricking him”.

All of these afflictions, if endured patiently by the believer, are a means of attaining Allah’s forgiveness as well as His reward.

Every one of us is being tested by Allah. He tests us all in different ways. We should not assume that the difficulties that we face in life are punishments or are signs that Allah is displeased with us. Likewise, we should never construe the success and pleasures that others enjoy as signs that Allah is pleased with them or that they are privileged. Sometimes, quite the opposite is true.

If we are poor, will we be content and patient and seek lawful means to attain our sustenance or will we resort to unlawful means to meet our needs? Will we accept the fact that Allah gives more to some people than he does to others, or will we grow hateful and vindictive?

We are tested with health as well as sickness. A man with good eyesight is tested with regards to his use of it. Will he use the blessing of his sight to good purpose or to gaze at unlawful things? His good eyesight may be what takes him to Hell. A blind man is tested whether he will bear patiently with his disability. His patience in affliction may be what earns him his place in Paradise. Our goal is the Hereafter and we are all being tested.

Praise be to Allah.

I hope what I think is right, that you started to open your heart, be fair minded and read more about Islam.

But my answer will bet a little bit out of your question as, you asked for stories about new-muslims as I guess. Those stories fills the entire network, and you can find them in many sites. But what I'm so happy for, is your word "THAT is tense".

I want you to ask yourself TRULY, what's the purpose of your life?? Is it just to have a happy life and don't worry because your sins are already forgiven before your birth? Is it ok, to know that you'll have a great price like the heaven, without working hard for it? Don't you think that such idiology would encourage the spread of bad habits and high rates of suicide? Listen to the answer of this question from the Qur'aan; (the true word of Allah(the Creator)):
"-But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers.
-I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me.
-No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me.
-For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever).
-For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)!
-Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised!"
Ad-dhariyat 51 : 55-60

So our main aim in this life is to worship Allah, and to follow the teachings of the message sent with his last prophet "Peace and Blessing of Allah be upon him".

So, if what I think is true, it'd be my pleasure and all my muslim brorthers' and sisters' pleasure to help you to know more about Islam.

There's a lot of things I'd like to tell you, but all I can do is to ask Allah with all my heart to guide you to his straight path and true religion;Islam. Ameen. But I'll end posting my answer with wonderful verses from the holy Qur'aan, I'm sure you'll like it:
"-Say: Praise be to Allah, and Peace on his servants whom He has chosen (for his Message). (Who) is better?- Allah or the false gods they associate (with Him)?
-Or, Who has created the heavens and the earth, and Who sends you down rain from the sky? Yea, with it We cause to grow well-planted orchards full of beauty of delight: it is not in your power to cause the growth of the trees in them. (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Nay, they are a people who swerve from justice.
-Or, Who has made the earth firm to live in; made rivers in its midst; set thereon mountains immovable; and made a separating bar between the two bodies of flowing water? (can there be another) god besides Allah? Nay, most of them know not.
-Or, Who listens to the (soul) distressed when it calls on Him, and Who relieves its suffering, and makes you (mankind) inheritors of the earth? (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Little it is that ye heed!
-Or, Who guides you through the depths of darkness on land and sea, and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy? (Can there be another) god besides Allah?- High is Allah above what they associate with Him!
-Or, Who originates the creation, then reproduces it and Who gives you sustenance from the heaven and the earth. Is there a god With Allah? Say: Bring your proof if you are truthful."
An-naml 27 : 59-64
