Is there anyway to fix broken speakers?

The speakers in my car crackle and buzz when they hit certain frequencies. Is there anyway to fix it or do I just have to buy new ones?

Some people try putting glue on them but it is not very effective, however it is better than nothing, until you buy new ones.

Your speakers are junk!!!!!! Turn down your bass!!
