He still likes me and he has been with another person to forget me and he does a lot of things to tell me that he still likes me and frequently ask me if I still like him and I don't know what to tell him and if I tell him that I don't know he tells me to stop lying that he knows that I still love him and when I want to tell him no,I don't know how to tell him because maybe I may hurt him,so please help me.

if you don't like him, don't be with him.
if you like him... tell him.
but don't tell him you like him just so he feels good, or don't not tell him you don't like him just so you dont hurt his feelings.

First of all you need to figure out what you do feel for him
if you do not love him or want him back then tell him NO even if you end up hurting him - that is the only way

You have to think of yourself first - I know this can feel selfish but it'll protect you both in the long run. If you have no feelings for him this will not work and you'll perhaps both be in a worse situation.
He's your ex for a reason, most of the time its best to not go back to the past you left!

write a letter and tell him no.you cant get back together w/ someone u don't like, b/c in the end that would hurt both of you. In the letter tell him why, then he'll finally understand.

the best thing to do if you are thinking about going back out with somebody you broke up with is to try and resolve the issue that caused you to break up. if you just break up and then resume dating with no modifications, the problems will resurface or get worse.
don't let yourself get pressured into a relationship. only go out with somebody if you really care about them and want to be with them. life is too short to worry about pacifying somebody else.
if he loves you he will be willing to move slowly back into a relationship at your speed. if he wants to jump right back in with no consideration to what your feeling, then he's obsessing.

The past is the past, best for you to move on down the road and let this one pass.......these things never seem to go back to the state they were in so it probably will disappoint you, should you retry to blend again.

it sounds to me like he is pretty possessive and says you lye, sounds like to me you can find some one that will at least respect you and treat you better move on dont look back and remember why you broke up with him in the first place.
