Not being mean, but were you in jail? Oh and yea, they already accept you gay, why wouldn't they not? Just let them know that you aren't gay anymore, you were at the time, but you're not now. That's about it.

I would say that you have a problem. You did it because you wanted to please others? Wow, that's deep. If you honestly mean what you are saying, then yes I think you should tell them (althogh I don't think they will believe you). Probably the best thing you can do is just go on with your life and stop simply trying to please others. You might consider getting some counseling to help you learn why you have this strong desire to please others.
