Just sit down and imagine really hard. If that doesn't work then you might need some type of hallucinogenic drug. But if you work on it long enough eventually you will be able to convince yourself.

astro projection is not Godly. it's devilish.
many evil practitioners do these kind of sfuff. it's spiritual, so it involves spiritual beings (devil spirits). great man in this world do that (president, musician, etc.......)
if their power is from God, u will know.
