its an oval, white pill, scored in the middle with a M on one side and a B1 on the other. My friend told me it was alprazolam (xanax) but i'm not really sure i couldnt find anything about it. Any info would be helpful.

DONT!!!! I REPEAT DONT!!! ever use medicine if you arent sure of what it is. it can kill you. Those medicines can appear differant from company to company for the same stuff. If you need medicine go to a doctor and a licensenced pharmacy such as CVS or Walgreens

Its an anti anxiety medicine.You can find more about it in drug index CIMS( in India) and BNF (in UK).I dont know about other countries.
If you can't find any information on that use our google search.....
