when i poke and push on these i cant get white normal looking pimple stuff to come out its just like clear watery looking but still stays hard i have poke and messed with alot alot of these and they have left ugly scar spots and many scar bomps all over my arms upper leg and some face know what this could be? will i be scared for ever with white scars or is their something to get rid of white-white skin spot scars

STOP PICKING
they are either pimples or hairs that are still too deep to come out - do not pick them until they come to the surface!!!

You should never pick and squeeze spots because if it leaves you with a scar then you are basically scarred for ever
