Ok, I met this guy in college about 2 weeks ago. He asked me for my phone number, but I gave him my e-mail and instant message id. One night while were talking online, he asked me to send him a pic of myself. Why does he need a pic of me. I am having a hard time interpreting his request. Is his request abnormal?
