breeding two 'solid' colour dogs will produce 100% solid colour pups, breeding a dapple colour to a solid colour will produce 50% dapple and 50% solid.

Dapple Daschunds actually are exhibiting merle paterning which is accepted in that breed.

I think you mean brindled. Well the only way would be to find a brindled Dachs to breed from, or cross in another breed that is brindled and similar in size--though what your pups will look like if you go that route is anyone's guess.
