On the job to be a medical assistant, what are some good reference guides to read or buy?

I am x-ray tech, but I work in a small family practice office. So I do just about everything. I am into my 2nd week and I am looking for some reference materials or quick guides I can study up on as a medical assistant.

any ideas?
