and its hard because i have to see him everyday.

personally, i think the best thing to do is go out with your girlfriends. but i wouldnt recommend going out with girlfriends who are in relationships of their own. being around other single girls, let you "live the single life" and being able to see, that you dont need his company, to live. staying home, munching down on your "comfort food" watching endless episodes of your favorite tv show, isnt exactly how you get over someone. from my own personal experience i didnt want to be friends with the [EX] right away....i needed to time.....of course being friends later in life is the right thing to do....but not right after the break up.

Try keeping you mind busy be it play, work, or whatever. My wife (ex-wife) left me 19 years ago and if I think about it I still shed a tear. But it's a lot easier as time goes by. Good luck and peace to you.

im going through the same thing! i was going out with a guy that i was going out with for a year and two months we broke up like 4mnths ago..we go to the same school, and i see him all the time..i even had to change my locker..its hard at first but you gotta concentrate on ur priorities..ur daily schedule, and hanging out with your friends to get him out of your head..go out there and meet new people...trust me it works..im in a new relationship and ive been going out with him fo 3 months and im so happy with him..GOOD LUCK!
