Notice you in a love sort of way or a lust sort of way? Lust is easy, dress like a skank. But I doubt that's what you want, and if it is, it won't make you happy. Just forget about it. But if you want him to love you, then you need to talk to him. Maybe he just doesn't notice you yet. But if you start up a conversation, even an awkward one, he'll remember you. In fact, an awkward conversation would probably be best, because then it'll stick out in his mind more. I know it would for me. And if that doesn't work, if he keeps ignoring you, he's likely got his eye on another girl (at least for now).

Be yourself and be confident but not bigheaded. Be smiley and flirt a little. Thats how I got my husband to notice me. :D
