I keep calling vets but they say that they are booked as of right now! Can anyone think of why she is like this!
She was spayed at 2 months of age and she isnt as active as most kittens are! She just lyes around sleeping!

Please take your kitty to an emergency vet clinic, if necessary. Those "knots" may be tumors. At any rate, something is very abnormal and your kitty isn't active because she's not feeling well.
It's also possible that your kitty has peritonitis; this is nearly ALWAYS fatal if not attended to immediately. Please Hon...take her to a vet NOW!

Ask your vet to work you in, or call another vet, or take her to your local emergency vet clinic. She needs to be seen by a vet.

Just because the vet is full it doesn't mean nobody will examine or treat her, just keep trying somebody will help. Good luck, I hope your cat is OK!

I'm tempted to say worms. If your vet is booked, find someone who isn't! Your kitty needs help now!

ummmmmm you should be driving her to an animal hospital... hospitals don't get "booked" they are there for emergencies.
