The police are required to disclose to you what evidence they have against you. They also cannot question you without your lawyer being there. If they have actually charged you, then you should call a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, then one will be provided at public expense. I'm assuming you are living in the US or Canada.

Andre, and please take this with the greatest respect I can give, based on the way you phrased and spelled your question I have a tough time believing you were working in an office on a computer.

If what you say is true all you have to do is provide the police with the name of the place you ate and they should be able to verify your whereabouts. Also, if you are not the only one who has access to the computer in question they must investigate to determine if you are the only possible suspect.
