Im really getting annoyed with it. I mean hes all, "I love you. Will you go out with me?" (he says it over a text message) Ok were friends, kinda, like he hangs out with us (me and all my friends) at lunch.
This is what really annoys me. He went out with my best friend. He said he loved her so she went out with him. He broke up with her....3 times! The begining of Febuary he got a new gf after telling her he loved her. A week later they broke up. Last week he had another gf, he said he loved her, he broke up with her by the end of the week. Oh and hes asked everyone of my friends out, then dumped them.
He has asked me out 3 times now (over a period of 2 years) and I really wish he would just stop. What do I do. I dont really wanna go talk to him about it. Do I just ignore him, because it kinda makes me feel sick when I think about all this. Im sorry, but I just really dont like him.

Don't be sorry that you don't like him, he should've gotten the picture by now. He seems like a serial dater to me, someone who wants to see how many girls he can get to go out with him.
It's going to be hard to get him to change if you don't confront him in some way. Since you don't want to talk to him, maybe through text messages, which he feels is an appropriate way to express his affection for you. Say something along the lines of "I don't feel comfortable with you asking me out again and again. Please stop." If he doesn't get the picture then, You could play the friend card ("I'd never go out with you because you dated my best friend")
If nothing works, the only thing left to do is ignore him. Eventually, he'll give up.

If you feel that uncomfortable with him around, you should then tell him to not even be a part of your friend group. I know it sounds harsh, but if he's constantly hanging around you, he'll continue to give you "the eye". This is the only thing you can do. I know, I am sometimes one of those guys. I know how to get rid of my own kind.

that is just wierd...he is weird...my thought is that he wants to go out with everyone in the school for like a record.....its happened before

don't ever think of going out with him,just ignore him when he says he loves you, it is obvious that he doesn't.
