I have been seeing a guy for a week and I stayed at his last night but when I woke up I couldn't wait to leave. Also when we went out last night i couldn't think of anything to talk about - it seems like we have nothing in common. I think he's really nice though and my friends like him too. Should I give him another chance or two or would I simply be leading him on??

You would only leading him on if your lieing to yourself & him by not offering a relationship more than friends. Seems to me might be a bit of hard work but would give it one more chance why not. Deep down I cannot see a future though only by your wanting to leave & not talking about anything. Ask yourself did you enjoy the silence? That might assist to prove me wrong.

Why couldn't you wait to leave?
He sounds like a kinda quiet guy, so he maybe had difficulty finding things to talk about too.
I think you should give him a chance, it sometimes takes a bit of time for quiet guys to come out of their shell.

Give him another chance, it's only been a week, just don't put a title on you two before you know for sure otherwise you'll have to "break up" with him which is never fun and may seriously hurt his feelings.

You actually have sex with someone you aren't even sure about? You've only been seeing him a week and already you spend the night?? don't be so cheap.
Just be honest so, if you're not interested then just be kind and say so in a nice way. DON'T keep screwing the guy if you're not sure about him!!

Do I get this right, you stayed at his house overnight and haven't decided if he is right for you? Wow, what happened to the days of yore when at least you needed a good case of "like" to give up the goods? In this case what could we possibly tell you? There are plenty of fish out there. I for one, would prefer you not taste them all while you are deciding on which one is for you.

i've been in this situation before. i think you should proabably leave him, because it'll hurt him more the longer you leave it. sometime its good to give things time but if you couldnt wait to leave his i dont really think there is anything there. Dont settle with someone just for the sake of it.Its unfair on yourself and on him. He deserves someone that likes him more & you deserve someone you can feel a real spark with.

If you have to ask this question, you probably are just looking for any reason to stay with him, you obviously dont like him.
Why not pick me as best answer and go out with me. I am 30.

why can't you just be friends..you cant learn everything about someone in a week. You both need to get out and go to an amusement park..get him out somewhere he can let loose and have fun..that will show is truer personality

I felt that way with a girl once. Tried it twice and finally I sang for her Bob Dylan's song "It Ain't Me Babe". She got the message.

Sorry to be blunt - but he sounds a boring git! No talk - NOTHING - nice as he may be - if he can't find anything to talk about he must be a boring fart!
