I pretty much don't feel well every morning, for about an hour to two hours after I wake up... it's like a dull pain in my stomach, and a neasous feeling in my throat...
sometimes, Ill sneeze, and it will make me feel ok for about ten minutes...
that can't be normal?!

i get the same thing sometimes, i wake up and i just feel really ill for no reason.. like i'm about to vomit, but it passes
I know i have sinus problems, sometimes i wake up sneezing for 5 minutes at a time, other times i'd get that neasous feeling in my throat too, i think it's just allergies
still, a trip to the doctor never hurt, just to make sure

Is there a chance you are pregnant? Are you eating normally? Getting enough sleep each night? Lossing alot of weight or gaining alot? How long has it been happening, 2 days, week, month? Do you take medications? How old are you? Are you healthy in the past? Do you have any ongoing medical problems?
These are just some of the important questions. You need to answer atleast these before you can get a decent answer from here. You should call you docs office and talk to the nurse and explain it to her. Its free to talk and she can advise you to come in and even make an appt for you.

Could be allergies... if you have stuff draining down your throat while you sleep, it could cause an upset stomach when you wake up. My son went through the same thing, and we found once he ate something, it usually made him feel a lot better. It is awfully hard to convince someone with an upset stomach to eat, but it did help. Probably not a bad idea to talk to your doc about it.

It could be an allergic reaction that emerges after you waking up. The fact that you say you sneeze makes me think so. But only a check-up from a doctor can tell for sure what this problem is. bettyk

Normal means "average". Most people do not have that feeling after waking.
There are several things that can cause that feeling ranging from simple stress to pregnancy to more ominous problems.
I suggest you see your physician about this as soon as possible! The majority of people who have feelings like that are simply suffering from stress, but it is best to know for sure, right? So see your doctor (they may do some tests to be certian). I am sure they can give you advice on dealing with whatever is giving you that feeling.
