Because we believe the bible as God's inspired word. The bible says Mary gave birth to God's ONLY begotten son.
Also the old test has over 300 prophesies that have come true regarding Jesus/Christ/God's son.

Jesus wasn't born without a father. God used the Holy Spirit to impregnate the Virgin Mary. Jesus is the son of God becuase it was God who was the father of Mary's child. Adam was created by God by hand but Jesus is the offspring of God. Adam is like a creation or a lab experiment but Jesus is his child.

It was because of Adam's sin that God sent Jesus. Adam is actually a form of the Hebrew word for man. So, when it is said, God sent His Son to atone for man's sins, it's also translated as Adam's sins, because they're the same word (Adam is roughly Adom, or man). Jesus was also the son prophesized in Isaiah. Adam was created by God, but Jesus was His son, created from woman only, a virgin.

As for Yesayyah, I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with this one. Is it spelled another way, or what is it referencing?

adam is a child of God as are all those that believe in Christ as their savior. Galatians 3:26-27 (KJV) says, "For you are all children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ." All of us want to be children of God, but it is our faith in Christ that leads us to become children of God. Jesus IS THE SON of God.Jesus is not God’s Son in the sense of how we think of a father and a son. God did not get married and have a son. Jesus is God’s Son in the sense that He is God made manifest in human form (John 1:1,14). Jesus is God's Son in that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Luke 1:35 declares, "The angel answered, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.'" In Bible times, the phrase “son of man” was used to describe a human being. The son of a man is a man.During His trial before the Jewish leaders, the High Priest demanded of Jesus, “I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God" (Matthew 26:63). Jesus responded, “Yes, it is as you say, ‘but I say to all of you: In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven” (Matthew 26:64).

It never says that in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God about Adam, however, John 1 says this, and it is assumed to be about Jesus.
