Nitric oxide makes me smaller, what the hell!!!?

I have started using Nitric oxide --- Nitrix Brand --- and opposite to what No2 is supposed to do and the supplement says that will make you harder for a longer time, I get incredibly small and stay very small!!! What the f??? I even get almost no sense on the penis and the color of the penis is really getting almost pale!!!

What is wrong?

NO is supposed to have the opposite effect by dilating the blood vessels down there. you might have got a bogus batch, it does happen
