I like the kiss idea but if you need more ideas maybe you should get heart shaped suckers and tie curling ribbon around the stick to match your wedding colors. and you could print out tags that say thanks for coming on pink paper with black lettering.
Good Luck!

I always thought candy was a great idea because it is consumable and it won't be something that will be collecting dust later. I think your idea is great. I thought the person who attached the spoon to theirs was a cute idea. Another good idea I heard was cookie cutters wrapped in tulle with recipes. If I were you, I wouldn't go with the M&M idea. Half the people who suggest it haven't actually looked at the price for a small bad. Expensive as hell!
Another thing that seems to be popular is no favors and just making a donation with the money and giving everyone a note that says that a donation was made in lou of a favor.
I am actually doing a candy buffet for my wedding (google images "candy buffet" gives you some cool pictures of some other people did). This is if you find you have a little more money and are looking for something different.
But I think you idea is great. Nice and simple. Just remember, its ONLY a favor! You are already paying for food, drinks, and entertainment for everyone also. I favor doesn't have to be anything elaborate.
Good luck and congrats!

You could go to the dollar store and buy lots of candles, I have seen a lot of wedding candles in there, and wrap them and add a nice tag. Also, you could make cookies, and wrap them. Believe it or not there are a few wedding sites that sell favors for .99 or less. Another suggestion for your tags for the Hershey kisses, you could say hugs and kisses from the Mr. and Mrs. Have fun

My husband and I did the hershey kisses one, but only they were tied with tulle on a spoon and said "A spoonful of kisses from the Mr. and Mrs."
A friend of mine did little boxes that looked like presents at every place setting, when you opened them, there was candy and a fortune inside(like the ones that come in a fortune cookies)

You could make CDs with songs pertaining to your wedding & relationship. Or find the top song for the year you were born, the year you met, the year you got engaged, etc.
Make your own party poppers or streamer throws.

since your using heyshey kisses, you might also try making roses out of the hershey kisses. they are very cute.
here is instructions on how to make them:

you might also try little bottles of bubbles, which can be very inexpensive. ive seen those at lots of weddings! :)
congratulations on your marriage!

mybridalneeds.com has some really cute favors - maybe you can find something there. Do-it-yourself favors are a lot of hassle sometimes.
