Yes you can. You just have to be very careful with patient contact, ie; wearing gloves, standard precautions. Since Hepatitis C is passed through body fluids, as long as you are very careful there is no reason that you can't get into the medical field. There are many nurses, cna's and even doctors who have Hepatitis or other diseases. They just know to use proper protection and safety precautions. Good Luck!

yes. there is not one reason why you cannot work as any health care provider. hcv is blood borne only. many doctors, nurses and others have hcv from doing their job.
whether you've been at it for 20 years or just decided to get into the field, there are no restrictions preventing your employment being hcv infected.
good luck!

Yes, you can.
You may be asked to sign an agreement that you will always use standard precautions, such as gloves, to protect patients at all times.
We all have to do this anyway, but you would have to be more vigilant.

your chance of getting into the medial field with hepatitis C on the scale of 1-10 is like a 1% chance. so I'm going to go with no. Because they don't even allow people to cook or serve in restaurants if the have hepatitis C.

Yes, if you can take care of your health. Good treatment options are available for Hep C. Look in www.amazon.com etc. for various books including alternative approaches.
