I guess you could say I’m confused to how I feel about my ex-girlfriend, after her breaking up with me 3 years ago last month. The fact that she has added me to her msn list about 6 months back and we’ve been chatting again isn’t helping the situation. After all this time I’m still single and still have some feelings for her. I know that’s crazy, but it’s hard to imagine being with someone else. I know one day I will eventually meet someone, but for now these feelings for her still remain.
I guess my question is what is the typical reason for girls to attempt contact with their ex? Is she interested in becoming friends? Does she have intentions to get back together? Is she just seeing what’s become of me and making sure I got on with my life?...
Any thoughts? I personally want to work on a friendship with her, but I’m unsure how that will work out. If I had a chance to get back together with her I would also consider it, but my friends and family would be so against it…I'm confused

normally girls stay in contact with an ex is for Friends. It is not for sex. They simply know you and want to keep knowing you...just not in that way. They don't want to toss away all that friendship, just because you guys are not having sex anymore..
There is not much chance you Will get back together....but it could happen.

If someone is going to cheat there is no longer extremely a lot that the different man or woman can do and also you'll maximum likely learn about it faster or later. Why would someone inform you although they're going to cheat? doesn't make sense. besides, if she does cheat enable her bypass; and discover someone who respects the relationship. i'm hoping it doesn't come to that although. believe= self assurance/braveness/faith in the different man or woman = solid mistrust= lack of self assurance/concern = undesirable
