I love making parmesan crusted chicken tenders. I just take equal amounts of Italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a can and mix it together. Then dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs and then in the bread crumb mixture (sometimes I double bread them) and then shallow fry them in about an inch to 2 inches of light oil until the chicken is cooked through.
When I cook this for my whole family I'll serve it with spaghetti or other pasta. If I don't fix it often my grandfather starts asking when I'm going to cook it again :-). Hope this works for you if you try it!!

BEER BREAD--- 3cups self rising flour 1 can of beer[regular size] [not lite] 3 table spoons sugar, mix all togather and put in bread pan bake 350 for 1 hr or till golden brown on top. this bread has a very rough surface on the top, use a very sharp serrated knife to cut--- butter and salt to taste. its great, just hard to cut!
