Bilingual means able to speak at least two languages with reasonable fluency. (Simply knowing a few words or phrases doesn't count.) It does not necessarily mean able to *read* more than one language.

whaen said that a person is bilingual meaning that a person speaks two languages ;when a machine, that is uses or reads two languages.
