I love sweets, too, and I know that makes it tough. Always have on hand some cut up veggies to snack on, maybe with some low fat dip. Also, make some sugar free jello. It is so low in calories but will satify those sweet cravings. I also will eat about 6 to 8 sugar free candies (toffee is my favorite) and that helps with the sugar cravings. Drink plenty of water, also, it fills you up between meals. Good luck!

Are you exercising on this diet? If you are, you are starving your body. Which is worse than the diet. Your body will start using muscles to feed the body. Nuts are good but not more than a handful a day and stay away from the salted ones. unsalted almonds are better.
You should maybe consider weight watchers and once you learn how to eat then you can do it for life. I think it can be done online. I have several friends that tried it and seems to work for them.

Instead of eating 3 meals, snack all day. Keep a baggy of almonds (or whatever, carrots, etc) with you and snack when you're hungry, you'll eat less at meals. Consider eating more, it seems as though you're not eating anything! Each a whole sandwhich and a handful of almonds and you won't need the panda express and bbq later!

Try getting the 100 calorie snack packs to control the portion sizes & Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are pretty good too.

Good Luck & keep up the good work!
