most online stores will take money orders (which is like check so you don't have to send mulitple bills through the mail and you write down the name of who the money goes to) which you can buy at wlamrt, the bank and many other stores but moneyorders are harder to get refunded if you don't get the product ;o) hope that helps

There are a couple options. A lot of people/companies nowadays are using PayPal. Your PayPal acct. is linked to your bank account via routing and account number. Save up your money, open a free-checking account at your bank,if you don't already have one. (Not to mention, your parents might be impressed at the fact you're wanting to take that money management step) Most banks around here require a $100 minimum balance. Shazam! You've got your online buying power that way. Money orders are another option. Prepaid credit cards... such as those you can buy from shopping malls. Also, if dealing with some retailers who also have stores, can redeem gift cards online. You might be able to purchase a gift card in-store and use it online, if necessary. Hope this helps!

If a credit card is required, I would suggest the prepaid credit cards.

Not sure if you really meant to use offline in your question, but if you did, I'd say just use cash. If you don't have any, ask your parents if there are any chores you can do or something for money. Not sure if what you're purchasing requires a credit card or not, but I can't think of too many things offline that you need one for.

In my area most stores like Walgreens (drug stores) and Cumberland farms (Gas station/mini mart) sell pre-paid Visa and/or Mastercard cards. Most have a one-time fee of like $10 and then a $5 reload fee I'm sure the same type of deal is available where you live. check the major drug store chain first then try the Gas station (not mobile shell or texaco but the largest "local" gas chain that has a mini mart there also)

Open a checking account and receive a debit card that can also be used as a Visa. You can use that as a credit card to buy things online - it draws money directly from your checking account.

Get a checking account that gives you a check card issued by a major credit card company, such as Visa.
