The answer is one for Russia until 2008 when it is transferred to the Indian Navy.

The most important thing about Russia's navy is how many nuclear-armed submarines are stationed near the shores of the US. Because it takes only 3 minutes for a Russian nuclear rocket to reach the US targets if the missiles are launched from a sub. There is not enough time for the US military to respond. If the Russians wanted to destroy the US, they could do that easily before we can reciprocate.

Russia has one. China does not have one, yet and Japan does not have one.
The British, Italians, the French have carriers and India and China are working on getting one.

None of the three have them; but if your asking for militarial purposes ( War between the three), the US will support Japan in any war (they have to by the WWII treaty of the US and Japan. So you could count on a few from the US making their way over there to aid Japan.

The US has 14 Carrier Battle Groups. You would have to be insane to pick a fight with the US Navy. We'll level your craphole underwear making country in a weekend.

and the person who said the Royal Navy has only two can't count the words in front of his face.
They also have HMS Ocean as a Helicopter but with their Harrier's they could also use the Ocean
Have just heard the Chinese do have one but have no idea of what type.
You would probably be better off checking out the websites of the various navies

Not sure about China.
Britain has a couple. I am not sure who else has them.
