I dont care what type you have, Original, heart Healthy, or reduced fat, if you have all three give me all of them I seriously need them.

I have the bisquick in a plastic baggy (Thanks to stupid housekeeper) and alot of it, so I dont want to go to the store to buy a new one just yet.

Hold on. Let me get the box...

Ok. This is the original Bisquick.

Pancakes: Prep time:3min
Cook time:3 min per batch
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
STIR ingredients until blended.
POUR by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
COOK until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden
14 pancakes

Melt in your mouth pancakes: prep time: 5 min Cook time: 3 min per batch
2 cups mix
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2tsp baking powder
2 eggs
STIR ingredients until blended.
POUR by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto how greased griddle
COOK until edges are dry. Turn;cook until golden. 14 pancakes.

Oven-Baked Chicken
Preptime: 10 min Bake time :50min
1tbsp butter or margarine
2/3 cup mix
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 to 3 1/2 lb cut-up broiler-fryer chicken
HEAT oven to 425F. Melt butter in 13"x9" baking dish.
STIR together Bisquick mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and butter should be hot).
BAKE 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. 5 servings.

Strawberry Shortcakes
Preptime: 6 min Bake time: 12 min
4cups sliced strawberries (1qt)
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/3 cups mix
1/2 cup milk
3tbsp sugar 3tbsp margarine or butter, melted
1container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
MIX strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. Heat oven to 425F.
STIR Bisquick mix, milk, 3tbsp sugar and butter until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE 10-12 min or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes;fill and top with straberries and whipped topping. 6shortcakes.

Ultimate chicken fingers
Preptime: 15 min Bake time:14 min
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1lb), cut crosswise into 1/2"strips
2/3 cup mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2tsp salt or garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1egg, slightly beaten
3tbsp butter or margarine, melted
HEAT oven to 450F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In 1gal plastic resealable food-storage bag, mix the Bisquick mix, cheese, salt and paprika.
DIP half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat to use up remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.
BAKE 12/14 min, turning halfway through bake time with pancake turner, until no longer pink in center. 4 servings.

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Preptime: 13 min Bake time: 25 min
1lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
HEAT oven to 400F. Spray or grease 9"pie plate. Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
STIR remaining ingredients with fork in bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate.
BAKE about 25 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. makes 6 servings.

BISCUITS
preptime: 5 min Bake time:10min
2 1/4 cups mix
2 1/3 cup milk
HEAT oven to 450F. Stir ingredients together until soft dough forms. Place on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times.
ROLL dough half inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2in cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE 8-10min or until golden brown. 9 biscuits.

Waffles
preptime: 3 min Bake time 5min per batch
2cups mix
1 1/3 cups milk
2tbsp veggie oil
1 egg
STIR ingredients until blended.
POUR into center of hot greased waffle iron. Close lid.
BAKE about 5 min or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. 12 4" waffles.

Quick chicken and dumplings
Preptime: 10min Cooktime:20min
1/2 cup milk
1cup frozen green peas and carrots
1cup cut up cooked chicken
1can Progresso creamy mushroom soup (18oz)
1cup mix
1/3 cup milk
paprika if desired.
HEAT 1/2 cup milk, peas and carrots, chicken and soup to boiling in 3qt sauce pan, stirring frequently.
STIR Bisquick mix 1/3 cup milk, until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls into chicken mixture. (Do not drop directly into liquid.) Sprinkle with paprika.
COOK uncovered over low heat 10 min. Cover and cook 10 min longer. 4 servings.
