When they do or say something that implies that they have feelings for u that u don't have for them u should tell them directly that u don't agree with them and u don't want that type of relationship. They have to accept it and it is alot better that way than if u just led them on. Don't think that u have to be rude about it though.

tell them in a nice way that your not feelin them like that. although you feel they are a nice person. you just dont look at them in that way. or you can always go with the sayin. its not you its me. LOL

Tell him you don't feel for him the same way he feels for you. Let him know before he gets to head-over-heels for you! I was in that situation and I should have let him know before he got hurt.

well ill respect his love...i will keep him happy and never hurt him...i will listen to whtever he says but if it exceeds beyond toleration i wud be straight foward but i would never ever say yes to him just for the sake of it!

Absolutely nothing unless he approaches you and tells you how he feels. At that point, you owe it to him and yourself to be completely honest. And remember, being honest doesn't mean to be hurtful.
