Note on previous answers:
fibws04 - "yo aún me preocupo contigo..." = "I still worry about you..."
aura m - "I todavía cuida sobre usted..." = "He still care over you" The sentence is grammatically incorrect and attempts to use the 3rd person. The verb "cuidar" means "to take care of" or "to look over" and has been incorrectly used for your translation.

You would definitely use the informal way of the above sentences as you would normally know the person quite well if you were saying the first sentence to them.

"I still care about you and I will love you forever" translates to: "Todavía te quiero y siempre te amaré"
(note: 'siempre' can also go at the end of the sentence in this case).

AND

Depending on what context you want to use it in will depend on how your second sentence is structured. "Dont leave the one you love for the one you like, because the one you like will leave you for the one they love" would normally adopt the masculine pronoun and translate to: "No dejes el que tú amas por el que te gusta porque, el que te gusta te dejará por el que él ama."

If you were saying it to someone specific then it would translate into the following example sentences:
"No dejes el que tú amas por el que te gusta porque, el que te gusta te dejará por el/la que él ama" which literally translates to "Dont leave he you love for he you like, because he you like will leave you for he/she that he loves."
OR
"No dejes la que tú amas por la que te gusta porque, la que te gusta te dejará por el/la que ella ama" which literally translates to "Dont leave she you love for she you like, because she you like will leave you for he/she that she loves."

Todavía me importas, y te amaré por siempre.

No dejes al que mas queres por el que te gusta mas, porque el que te gusta mas te dejará por aquel/aquella que el/ella quiere/ama
