Of course. He will do anything for a beautiful girl only if he is crazy in love with her and doesnt want to lose her, so basically yeah. he will do anything for beautiful girl to make her happy so she can stick with him.

No. But some guys will. Those are the guys who are more concerned with the girl's looks and possibly having a trophy girlfriend to show off than they are with consider her personality and how they will interact together socially. Alot of guys and girls think that way sadly.
