"Hediko" is not a Japanese name, because the Japanese do not have the "di" sound in their language, but it would be written like this:  ヘディコ

***edit: "Happy Birthday, Hideko" is:

誕生日おめでとう - tanjoubi omedetou
ひでこ!- Hideko!
