if you want them to fade away in 2 day's use dettol
use soap rub it on hands and make lots of foam and take dettol and pour a lil in to ur palm and wash ur face gently do this atlest 4 to 5 time's a day or whenever skin get's oily if u have acne ur skin will be clear in about 4 days and if you have redness it will be clear in about a day or so good luck it work's faster than any acne treatment and cost's less

those are called acne scars. they dont go away like that; you have to treat it.
