Most people will need 7-9 hours of sleep. Some will need more than other. However, sleeping too long may also cause tiriedness.

Do you consume multi-vitamin? Especially those with B6 and B12 as these help to replenish energy during our active hours. They also help us to maintain a good sleeping order.

Look for those that are reasonable priced and highly absorption. If you need help, do let me know. I can share with you my little knowledge.

just cause you got a lot of sleep doesnt mean it was good sleep if you have an uncomfortable mattress. also, if you woke up in the middle of your REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, when your mind gets its rest, then you'll feel more tired than if you had woke up after the cycle was complete.

If it's a one time thing....so be it...maybe you drank too much last night? Worrying about something?

If it's regular occurance, get a blood test....you could be anemic.
