in my account i would like to see all my phone charges and my monthy direct debit payments

Just go to this link:

Click on the blue "Sign Up" button on the left. You will be required to enter in your Name, Address, Telephone number and Account Details. Once you are signed up and logged in, you can see all the numbers you've called, your charges, your payments, everything.
