I know I agree with the quote by William Greider, but i dont know how to state it.?

A company which globally markets addictive, unhealthy food (full of sugar and fats) is hardly a PROGRESSIVE political breakthrough. And celebrating that fact is like adding insult to injury.

Perhaps he means that the progress of McDonald's could not really be associated with political progress around the world.
