There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

there are three ways of getting rid of the darjkcircles around your eyes the first one is to cut two slices of a cucumber and lay them over your eyes leave on for about a half an hour and the circles will be greatly reduced.the 2nd way is to drench tea bags in cold water for about 2mins squeeze them out and and loosen it out then once again apply over your eyes this one is alot faster only takes about 20 mins but leaves a slight orange tinge to your eyes!!! the last and easiest is too get more sleep i had problems with dark circles but bty taking an extra hour sleep a night the went away in about a month!! i dont think theres a more lazy way to get rid of it then that!!! peace out man.

The easiest way to fix that is to get some sleep. Get some type of medicine for your allergies so that they don't keep you up. If you still can't sleep well, go to bed earlier or something. Do whatever it takes to get some sleep

Is there no way to get more sleep? It is OK to use light foundation or cream under your eyes to hide the circles occasionally, but you really need to fix the problem. Have you seen a doctor?

Be sure to irrigate your eyes, regularly. Most importantly, try not to touch them. Relax your eyes with some shut-eye during the day. Try placing boiled tea bags over your eyes--be careful, though. Obviously, you let the bags cool to some degree. This works well.
