I had some real issues with Pay Pal. I received several e-mails asking for additional identifying data which I did not supply. Then I received a message saying my account had been compromised. I do not view paypal as a secure means to transfer $$. I feel you're to coordinate your transfers/bill pays through on line banking. Bank of America and USAA have been great so far for me.

i dont recommend using paypal nowdays..
u have to place your credit card on paypal..
i've experienced paypal deduct/ charge my credit for a purchase i dont make.. and they make an issue about it..
just use normal transfer & received money via bank account..
no charges or set back whatsoever..
