Hi everyone, I know there has been a lot of questions on this subject but I really need to know a way of getting thin in 2 months (I have a big family event). now I know all th basics eating less and burning more calories but I just wondered if anyone had tried something specific that work with drasric results. Please

I believe that if your body can digest fast, you can loose weight fast too... So every morning, for about a week I added some dried peach into fresh water and boiled them. I drank this early in the morning and ate the fruits also. This makes your digestion get faster and you quickly begin loosing weight. Peach is perfect!
Eat your daily food after wards but just stay away from carbohydrates. Walk out in fresh air as an exercise.

I hope this will make you loose weight :-))

Yes - fasten:

I did fasten once and it's astonishing how effective it is and how healthy, provided you do it right:

Key is that you start by drinking 2 liters of "Glauber Salt" water. Basically it is salt water that will make you go to the loo and empty your stomach completely.

Once your stomach is completely empty, it will cease to produce digestive acids, and THAT's the trick, as it's those acids that give you that hungry feeling. Once no acids are produced, you don't fee hungry at all.

I could have gone fasting for weeks and did not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable.

BUT you need to drink a lot (still water or with little gas) and you can have as much clear soup as you can eat.

Important: Once you discontinue fasting, do not eat heavy or much all of a sudden, it will upset your body who is not used to food intake!

Start with a light meal and take the opportunity to change towards healthier eating patterns.

Attempting drastic weight loss is unhealthy and dangerous, and will likely only end up adding more pounds to your frame after your family event. If your family is loving and supportive, then your weight gain should not be a problem. Adopt a sensible weight loss program (Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, etc) and in two months even if you haven't got down to the weight you think you should have been at, you will feel healthy and probably will have a better chance at success up to the event and past it. A deeper question for you is why you feel it is necessary for you to lose drastic amounts of weight? Do you feel your family will not respect you? More than likely you are not very accepting of your own weight and are dealing with the shame you will feel when you do not arrive at a weight you feel is appropriate for you. If that is the case, you need to concentrate on a sustainable weight loss and self-examination to allow you to live with your own appearance and respect yourself as you are.

Yep, this is tried and tested for me.
Eat ONCE a day, yes once, but whatever you want, make sure you eat by about 4pm.
In between drink plenty of water, munch on a carrot or something with no fat.
I lost 1 stone in 2 weeks when i was going to Oz, this worked wonders and i use it when i get a bit podgy ;-)

crunches, sit ups, riding your bike, basketball, jump roping. i read in seventeen that a girl jumped roped for 10 min a night for a month and lost 10 lbs. it also equals 30 min. of jogging so it takes less time and you get the same conclusion. i uaually do 160 crunches a night they really help your abs =) good luck!!!

Cut everything you eat in half, at first you still will be starving but when you think you want to eat more, just look at the part of your body you hate, (ex. stomach) and say I'm fat, to yourself, also, drink slimfast shakes, they help because they have vitamins.

Yes, fasting. Not eating and only drinking water and fruit juice. You'll lose a lot, but it's not really that healthy for you, and you'll gain it all back once you start eating again. Good luck!

try doing more exercise and eat healthier not eatin as much fatty foods!! but make sure yoo still eat th foods yoo need other wise yoo may harm yoor body
