I have four pets (3 dogs, 1 cat) the best thing I have found is a rubber bristled broom. We have one that has a long removable broom handle that works on carpets and then shortens to work on cushions. It does an amazing job and we found it at target for about $8. So well spent! We vaccuum everyday, but had the same trouble. The first time we used it, we were amazed at what it pulled up out of the carpets. It did the same great job on the couch. Good luck!

Hi! With 2 - 90pound Goldens here I can relate!!!
Yes, Go to any store and get a can of STATIC OFF!
Spray this on your cushions just before vaccuming and the spray will break the static bond of the dog hair and the fabric. It may take a few trys but it wooks!!!

This isn't flylady.com. They don't care about giving you advice, they just want you to log on and buy from their advertisers. You'll get good advice here at Yahoo.

a human hairbrush.....the small bristle type works best for me...the static off is good too.....rubbing dryer sheets is a good way too.....
