would have to say that girls mature faster than boys,so most likely 15 year old girls but i have seen some pretty mature 17 year old boy's to so that's kind of a hard one to say.It would depend on the boy & the gril each one is different

Both have the same maturity level in general.
Boys mature 2 years slower than girls do, so therefore a 15 year old girl and a 17 year old boy are at the same maturity level.

if it was a 15 year old boy and a girl it would definitely be a girl thats more mature but in this case its a 17 year old boy, so i think it would be about the same, but it all depends on the person

17 year old boys. Girls are yes generally more mature, until adolescence kicks into full drive. By around 13, a lot of girls become more ditzy, giggly, interested in appearance. Most 17 year old guys act a little more mature (they are past making farting noises with their armpits).

Girls are supposed to be a few years ahead on maturity than their male peers. I think it'd really have to do with the individuals in question. Everybody's different.

Sorry to the men out there but the fifteen year old young lady has but then again there and some young ladies out there that present themselves as you know a bit dumb. You know it variesin our society today, and the parents too.
