At thirteen you should not do extreme workouts. You could seriously injure yourself. Walk and bicycle that will tone your calves and thighs. ask your mom to take you to the Doctor to get an OK to start an exercise program. good luck

If you are asking for suggestions for improving
calve strength and muscles, try standing in place
and holding on to something for stability. Then
raise yourself up onto your "tippy toes" hold for
3 seconds, and back down slowly. Do a couple
repetitions a few times a week and you should see results.

I did this exercise in a gym routine and my calves are
the fittest part of my body!

Running! Burns fat and adds muscle for lean strong legs. As well running helps with breathing and overall increases your health. :) As well try calve raises there easy and build muscle.

Walk, walk walk!
And especially walking uphill!
I walk a lot for my job, and my calves are rock hard, even though I have very little muscle tone anywhere else.

Try squats and lunges.
