Help!
I am afraid to die, because I might burn eternally in hell, but too afraid to live because I can't seem to stop sinning. I was taught that:
Rock music,
Dancing,
Partying,
Jewelry & makeup,
TV,
Anything except music praising God,
Drinking,
Smoking,
Drugs,
Pre-marital sex,
Any relation other than for lifetime commitment,
Not reading the Bible,
Not praying to & begging God daily,
Not loving God,
Not serving God,
Killing,
Stealing,
Cheating,
Lying,
Having idol Gods,
Lusting (whether acted on or not),
are ALL horrid sins that I will go to hell for, in addition to many, many others.
I have questioned myself many times, asking why I am going to be blamed for sinning, if it is so impossible to be a perfect person who is totally sin free. If it is NOT possible, why am I being blamed then? Shouldn't the blame be on God for designing us to fail?
I am afraid to live, afraid to die. Anyone else feel this way?

Honey, you won't go to hell fot this stuff. It is completely impossible to live entirely sin-free and you should just live your life the way you see fit. Do NOT end your life because you do some stuff on a dumb list of "bad things" that everyone does anyway. If you feel like talking about this, you can email me at injun_joe2000@yahoo.com. You're going to be okay and if people went to hell for this stuff then EVERYONE is going to wind up in hell, so that can't be the case.

I know exactly what you are feeling right now. Your list is pretty comprehensive and some of those things could get you in a serious bind with God, yes. But many of those things (like make-up, music, jewelery, etc) are nothing more than man's restrictions imposed by people who simply do not know God. God wants you to have an enjoyable life. If you like rock and roll why would God care?
I am going to offer a suggestion that a man offered me over thirty years ago when I was exactly in your place. He told me to read the second chapter of Acts and then tell him if I had received that experience. I read the chapter and reported that, of course, I had never received the gift of the Holy Spirit as described there. He then asked me why I was struggling to serve God on my own then? God provides the Holy Spirit to give us the power to live for Him. Without the Holy Spirit we cannot do it. He knows that! He knew that when He told the disciples that they were to go to Jerusalem and pray and that He would send them "the Comforter". That is exactly what they did and He indeed sent "the Comforter". That is what Acts 2 describes. That particular chapter documents the very moment that the New Testament Christian church began. It has not changed from that moment until now. You can still receive that exact same experience and you will indeed receive the exact same power to live for God. Read it through a couple of times. Then ask God about it!

Good grief your parents put a load on you didn't they? I am a born again Christian and I would never do this to my kid!
Remember, "All sin and fall short of the glory of God" We are to go to God with a repentant heart. You ARE going to sin. Accept it. You are to try and not sin but we'll do it. Bible says if you say you don't have sin you are a liar.
Look at King David. He not only committed adultery he had a man killed to get his wife. God forgave him. Look at Peter, he denied knowing Jesus 3x and Christ forgave him.
Look at Paul. He said because of his flesh he did what his spirit did not want to do. So even Paul sinned AFTER leading many to Christ.
Are you any more righteous that these people? God said David was like his own heart. I'm sure he didn't mean the sinful part of David but God understands WE SIN. IF we could stop sinning there would have been no reason for Christ to die right?
Wake up in the morning and put on the Armour of Christ. Pray, do your best but for YOUR sake give yourself a break. God loves you and he will keep his promise to you, "...whoever believes on me will have eternal life"

Wow, that would mean almost everyone would be going to Hell! Even David commited adultery, yet God made Jesus come from David. Jesus came and died for our sins so we wouldn't have to pay the price of burning in Hell. Nichodemous was told by Jesus that to be saved, he must be born again. The pharesies had all sorts of laws, yet they were not righteous before the lord and most did not enter Heaven

Here is the deal- I'll give it to you straight-
Don't go by what man taught you- honestly reading the Bible is the only way to know what God thinks is right or wrong. Some of the stuff on your list is silly man made stuff and some of it is valid. The short of it is that we all sin. You're not God and your not Christ so your not perfect. You don't want to be mad at God for us being unperfect you want to thank God for Christ. Through him all of us unperfect sinners get to be forgiven and go to Heaven.

God love you. In Bible the reach men asks Jesus what must to do for win the heaven? Jesus answers keep the rules of God. The rich men said he keeps those rules. Jesus said, the follow step is to sell all you have and go after Me. The rich man say no and go away. the apostles ask Jesus, who will win the heaven and Jesus answered" What is impossible for men is possible for God" So, on earth men is choosing all his life between good and wrong. God is our help, we must live with God, speak to God, ask for forgive. Isn't wrong to live, to enjoy music, to work, to..... but is very important how we do that thing, without hate, without do enemies, without bed wills, be happy with a clean conscience, without do wrong to anybody, LIVE IN TRUTH.
To live, to enjoy the life isn't sin. To want to be bed is a sin.
God is your best Friend. The life is a gift of God, so without drags, an suicide is same to kill. When we are young we have many experience, we must learn from them. The good measure is gyved by God. God Bless you.

God made us human to experience life, to love, to learn, to teach. He knows because we are human, we are tempted to sin and occasionally do, no man is without sin. That is why, he sent Jesus to save us when we do. He is a loving God, that knows, by living we are going to fall into temptation and sometimes fail. All we can do is try, ask for his patience, and forgiveness. God has given you the gift of life, he didn't give it to you to become paralyzed with fear so that you can not live. This is not what he wants for you. Pray to him to take away your fear, it is not part of God's plan. How will you be able to give and receive love, to learn from mistakes, to teach his word, and to overcome? Jesus, believed in celebrating, with wine and food, dancing and laughing. His own friends sinned against him and he still loved them and never turned his back on them. He helped other sinners to change their lives by his message and teachings. No matter if they were prostitutes or thieves, he still loved them and saved them. We are to mold ourselves into Jesus's image. He lived and died the way God planned. The Lord loves you no matter what. Get rid of that fear and start living, do your best, it's what the plan is.

You cannot stop being human most of those things on your list are normal. You won't go to hell because there is no hell, the only hell that exists is the one you create in your mind. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how we deal with them that’s important; we should try to learn and live our lives as honorably as possible. If you live life to it’s fullest and strive for self improvement, you should be prepared for whatever the afterlife might bring.
